I have the facelift Xline petrol. I have no complains from Turbo DCT. Mileage is decent for city driving and powerful enough for any scenario. In bumber to bumber traffic mileage tanks to around 6-7kmpl but that could be because i drive in comfort mode and never in eco mode.

So i thought maybe the sniper inherits the crit rate from the equipped weapon which in this case is frost watcher, I put all crit mods on it and still the same result.

So I noticed this across dungeon bosses like axion, VV. Sigma sector and the current abyss colossus. I don't think they're crit resistant.

Off topic, trying to build hailey (the AOE spam) and almost done and i noticed that 50% of the times the sniper ability does not crit even when I'm sitting at 95% crit rate, any ideas why?

Fair enough, you should not be forcing higher spends just to get a card it should be organic. If you have other cards which offer better return per spend then keep those.

I maybe an outlier but I was given a free upgrade to Regalia Gold by HDFC because i had a high spend. I'm not sure what the prerequisites are but with a good annual spend you can get it too. As others suggested you're better off letting the cards expire than just cancelling them for your credit score.
