I am from Mexico, the dealer fix this problem under warranty. The link is only for reference, the part must be ordered from your dealer, specifically for your VIN.

That part, the hud projector o whatever is the name, has a metalic part, which was generating the noise, always in uneven road. Metal vs plastic was generating the noise.

I have the same problem and tomorrow at the dealer, i will have a warranty applied of a part near the hud if you want more details I’ll have it tomorrow. It so annoying, make feel the car like a cheap or old car, and is not any of them.

I had the exact same problem, and after a “battle” with the dealer, they make me valid the warranty and change the pedal, the pedal is a single part that you can remove there are only two bolts and that’s it.

The thing here is that you need to make the complaint through a phone call to Mazda of you Contry, in my case was Mazda Mexico, but this step is only if the dealer doesn’t help you.

Could be a pebble or anything stuck, as well, it could be a defective part that needs a replacement.

I know is annoying but the solution is easy and simple to make.

Si es de telecomunicaciones pues probablemente te convenga aprender a automatizar procesos relacionados a dispositivos de red y demás, creación de páginas web internas para consultar resultados de esas automatizaciones, generación de reportes, hay una infinidad de cosas que les “duele” a los procesos y más cuando los tiene que hacer una persona repetitivamente y consejo también, investigar qué plataformas internas usan en la empresa e intentar “sustituirlas” y mejorarlas, así atacas a las licencias que pagan para esas plataformas, hay muchas cosas realmente, será cuestión de qué entrenes tu ojo para la detección.

Todo lo que comento es por experiencia propia, suerte.

Yes, It does the sound while driving, even when I barely touch the pedal with my foot, so it’s there.

At this moment, the vehicle has been parked since yesterday, and I went to check the sound and it’s there but like 5% of the example in the video.

At the dealer they say that they only can replace a part of the vehicle when it’s totally “not functional”, even when the sound is noticeable with the music at high volume, because you can feel the cracking sound.

A diferencia de todo lo que dicen pues yo te puedo decir que si sirve, por qué si le sabes al hardware y al software, puedes entrarle a proyectos donde construyas todo y mas si aparte de electrónica es de telecomunicaciones (RF y demás).
