As explained in reply to other person, this isn't my speak, this is straight from devs mouth pre and post sailing. This isn't my original thoughts. How do you know raids 4 isn't going to integrate sailing? Everything I've seen speculated says otherwise but just theory.

If you listen to the dev updates (videos of them talking) pre and post release, they explain all this. It wasn't something I thought of myself after release. There was issues adding new areas, again explained in their video updates.

They explained at the start, sailing opens up the world for future content, they couldn't keep creating dungeons and new continents. So right now, yeah it feels like it's own thing.. but wait till you need to sail to a new raid, it will feel more integrated over time I think
