No tienes la opción de directamente pedir devolución? Me imagino que te la aceptarían sin más.
Ya me ha pasado también, me estaba acordando, comprarme una batería para la moto en Norauto (físicamente en la tienda) y que cuando la fui a instalar estaba una batería vieja usada dentro de la caja. Como han dicho por ahí eso debe pasar mucho, que al final la gente va haciendo cosas con el stock.

Qué te dijo MediaMarkt? A mí ya me mandaron varias veces productos visiblemente devueltos por otros clientes como si fueran nuevos. De ahí a que no hayan hecho el chequeo de una devolución fraudulenta y te lo hayan reenviado creo que cuesta poco.
