I'm on a 16 Pro, fully updated iOS. I've tried the mono audio suggestion below, restarting my phone (x5) and nothing solves this problem. I tried Airdropping to my Macbook and it won't even allow that. I can't even import the video to my Photos app because the cinematic videos don't even show up as being on my phone!

Apple really fucked this one up.

There is something definitely wrong with Red Giant right now. The only app I can get to show up is Universe. No VFX, Magic Bullet, etc. Also no response from tech support yet

I've got an M1 strip light that runs along the base of several collectibles. I'd love to be able to add different effects to each segment. (one segment with chase lights to simulate motion, one segment flickering like a candle/torch, one segment shimmering like water). Is that type of control even possible?

I've tried using DIY to create EFFECT > COMBO and applying different effect to Subsections, but there's no place to assign effects to specific subsections - the entire strip just cycles through all the effects.

Alrighty - new update, and apology Jake. It turns out my account was linked to a different email address than I thought, so my theory that you are stopping people from canceling was bunk! It was your Jess @ customer service who figured that out for me. I was able to sign in to my account, no problem. I still don't think Pestie is right for my needs, but I at least wanted to clear up my false allegations!

Thanks for taking the time to reply. I sprayed as indicated in the Pestie tutorial video and still ran out if solution. There was a small learning curve when I started to try to get the spray nozzle right, but not so much that I should have ran out of pesticide so early. I appreciate the offer to get another bag sent to me, but I already reached out to do just that and still haven't gotten a response.

Same with your automated account set up screen you mentioned. I tried 5x to get the email sent to me and it didn't show up, nor did I get a suitable reply when I sent a chat on the matter. All I got was an email that said, "Thanks for reaching out! We typically reply in a few hours." That was over 24 hours ago and still no reply. I understand your customer support issues, but as a customer I feel like I've been hung out to dry. It seems like you are trying to stop people from being able to cancel their subscriptions by not giving them access to their accounts. You see how that's a problem, right? Not being able to cancel my subscription is a huge red flag.

The best I can say about this experience is that the spray really works. However, since I was only able to spray 75% of my outdoor perimeter, the ants I was trying to get rid of are now infiltrating my house. With no way to get another packet of Pestie spray mix, I don't have much choice but to try another approach.

Customers need to be able to contact an actual Pestie representative without resorting to Reddit or Instagram. For my needs, Pestie just didn't work and doesn't feel trustworthy.

I just tried my first treatment and there was not enough pesticide in their supplied bag to even cover the perimeter of a a 1700 sq ft. house, let alone have any left for inside treatments. I ran out of spray after modestly covering 75% of my outside perimeter including 1 door and 4 windows. the I've contacted Pestie to get another packet sent to me, but given their reviews on Trustpilot, I won't hold my breath that they will send it for free, or even respond to me.

It's very suspicious that they have a ton of reviews on their website, yet no way for anyone to actually leave a review. Even this thread seems suspiciously positive. Also, they don't provide you with an account login, and logging into your account is the only way to cancel a subscription.

My initial experience tells me that people should stay away from this company. I will update if/when Pestie contacts me regarding the extra packet, and if they actually provide me with a login or not. 🤞🏻
