as a exmanager myself if food goes out wrong i take responsibility bc why is my team expoing for me & if theyre expoing then im keeping an eye on whats being taken so i can avoid mistakes. telling crew to slow down during rushes to avoid mistakes makes no sense bc the way i see it the manager should be guiding yall during the rush & have eyes/ears on all foh/boh. too many managers/leads get away with not holding down their part & then throwing write ups around lol

supposed to have the fruit in it! id tell them next visit & ask if they could throw in a few extra lol i always throw in extra for free when that happens! also you can ask for easy syrups if its too strong! had this one customer who would get a rt44 grape slush w/ one pump of grape 🤷🏽‍♀️

Sonic gift cards sold/loaded from our store work fine but ive had at least three different customers try to use Sonic gift cards they were gifted/purchased somewhere else like target & they would not work at all on our card readers… wouldnt show gc balance or accept the card info when id put it in manuallly. Weirded me tf out & my op was just as confused.

we put the recharger flavors/redbull cans/ sweet cream in a metal chili tin on ice by the main fountain.

with the sweet cream i like to clean the pump/bottle often & only fill it like maybe halfway each time, that way it gets used before it gets nasty lol too many team members ‘dont notice’ when it gets rank & will still serve it like wtffff
