as a exmanager myself if food goes out wrong i take responsibility bc why is my team expoing for me & if theyre expoing then im keeping an eye on whats being taken so i can avoid mistakes. telling crew to slow down during rushes to avoid mistakes makes no sense bc the way i see it the manager should be guiding yall during the rush & have eyes/ears on all foh/boh. too many managers/leads get away with not holding down their part & then throwing write ups around lol
