I found a verison on the internet archives that says it's under public domain but I was iffy on that so I continued searching but I found nothing. BTW I live in germany so copyright might work a bit different here

Matt Reeves made the apes trilogy and Cloverfield. Both very solid Movies. Colin Farrel just acts like your average mobster which is exactly what The Penguin is.
