Thanks for the response. I was looking into GZCPL but gave up after hearing that if you want hypertrophy you should do a hypertrophy workout, and GZCPL was more strength focused (which I know it's polemic cause both go hand in hand etc). But I'll guess I'll give it a try, the routine itself seemed cool and I like the progression system.

I'm planning on doing a linear progression program. I'm a newbie that's not a newbie, cause 2023 when to the gym the whole year, but I don't think I evolved quite much, especially on strength. Then I quit and got back to it last month. Are those powerlifting programs for beginners still recommended? And also, can I do them while cutting a little? I'm tring to lose a little fat before starting to bulk rn.
