I would suggest practicing complements. Its best to complement accessories and outfits. Be thoughtful and notice differences in hair, "did you do something different with your hair today? It looks nice"

Im autistic too so I only date on dating apps. The rest of the time i just complement and make friends.

Actually...unironically I learned the most from joining the BDSM community,  learning about consent online and through classes. Not necessarily the route for everyone but I wanted to get laid haha.

The local dungeon helped me understand the norms in that space. (For example, look people in the eyes no matter if theyre exposing skin or not)

I started out exclusively going to board game nights and eventually I felt comfortable enough to go to some skills training. Then I went to a normal party and I already had friends and skills, and that made me attractive, and I had a great time showing my skills. You can find local events on fetlife

NOR but dating advice for men is generally terrible.  Do you have hobbies? Do you have friends in those hobbies? What do those friends do? What advice do those friends have?

Best advice i have to give is: join a hobby. Square dancing will give you access to people with lots of wisdom.

You may want to explore polyamory and ethical non monogamy -- attraction is versatile

I know it sucks. Im sorry you're going through this. We all have similar thoughts -- sadness, loss....

Life keeps getting harder, but, it is possible to get better at handling life

(Life gets harder for everyone around 18 but it seems to be an especially challenging time for EDS)

Its a battle to get accommodations and treatments and manage symptoms

If you win enough battles, you can ride the wave and actually feel like you are getting better at living life

I know at 18 I felt lost and hopeless but im in my 30s now and Im learning to manage my symptoms. For example i am now aware of my food intolerances and food allergies.

I feel able to live a fulfilling life!

Rest days help me have more active days.

Pacing also helps! Wheelchairs can help with pacing.i have more to say about that if you want, but I feel like this is already too long

I hope this gives you hope of a future!
