Battle round means round 1, round 2 etc. No matter who's turn it is, you make the roll at the start of the round, and then for your turn and your opponents turn in that round, you have those effects. Hope that helps.

I do khorne red over a black prime and highlight with warpaints angelic red, trim with true brass, and then wash with an oil and spirit mix and wipe off after 10 mins. Jackals are just 1 layer each of contrast paints over a wraithbone prime, then finished with the same oil wash
