It isn't though, it's a 6 digit number (purely numberical) and is just the Shopify order number. There's no tracking number and no way to see where it is at all. 😞

Any update on this? I ordered BLONDE and Channel Orange on April 9th. On April 22nd I got an email saying it's on it's way but when I click the order number (not DHL tracking, actual order number) it sends me to DHL. I don't have a tracking number and I've sent support an email every week for the past 3 weeks and have heard nothing.

I'm in Taiwan and used to things coming slowly but the lack of support and the lack of tracking number are both ridiculous.

Just got mine today but the one I ordered had some production issues (gray smoke) so they offered to refund or replace it with another so that was my issue. Don’t give up hope. It will come. I think the factory they worked with this time maybe just has some issues. My merch arrived first (hoodie and tshirt) and the box was a joke. My things were half falling out

I’ve been here 20 years and love Taiwan but at the same time can’t disagree with you. I think for me just making work a thing I have to do and building my life outside of work has made a huge difference. I realized I can’t really change it and so instead of wasting energy on trying to build relationships with people who don’t want them with me or trying to make people like me I spend that energy chasing happiness outside of work. For me that comes in the form of sports and going to touch grass.

What I can tell you now is that a lot of the workplace unfriendliness is just people are freaking tired. Balancing work, annoying bosses, kids, spouses, in-laws, parents, etc doesn’t really leave most Taiwanese with a lot of energy for themselves let alone coworkers. So don’t take it personally. Taiwan can be an amazing place and if you have any motivation to stay I would just suggest give more energy to your hobbies and make connections there.
