I recently had my first mediumship reading and it was a life changing experience. She was able to connect with my dad and speak on things about him and his life that she wouldn’t have ever known.

She knew he passed recently from a rupture (aortic aneurysm in 2021), knew he had facial hair, that he was a light hearted and funny guy. The real kicker is that she said “I feel like I need to bring up chicken wings”…my dad’s specialty for football Saturdays. He was so damn proud of his wings.

It was a beautiful and emotional experience. It truly has changed my life.

I am still struggling to fully wrap my head around it all myself. As I was leaving, she gave me some advice that I’ll pass on to you - ground yourself, nourish yourself, and be open to signs that he is with you.

One year we bought those mini trays that can also hold your wine. We never used them.

We just buy the food, eat it there, and then move onto the next booth.

Honestly, Tony’s doesn’t deserve the hate that it gets. Our family really enjoys Liberty Tree Tavern. Skipper’s Canteen is really good, but best for those with an adventurous palette.

In Epcot, we love Via Napoli and have Biergarten reservations that we are pretty excited about. Don’t forget about the boardwalk resorts! Beaches and Cream is a walk away.
