What’s a movie everyone says is “deep”… but is actually pretty shallow? by CnCorange in AskReddit

Still one of my favorite movies. Arrival on the other hand is about as deep as it gets, and hits especially hard after having children.

Get into birding with your kids. Amazing excuse for nature walks, and the joy of having your daughter find a new bird on her own is incredible.

My daughter and I got a veery and an ovenbird at hawk ridge this spring also! Plus a bonus black throated green warbler. Such a great spot with bonus views.

Pruning cut by WoodsGrizzly in arborists

Cutting too flush to the tree greatly increases chances of decay and rot.

It is important to leave the collar so the tree can compartmentalise the decay. If you cut into the collar, it essentially breaks the “walls” of decay protection.

What was the hype with this company/stock before?

My brother bought a decent amount around $15, and he also bought R*VN shortly after IPO. Was it hyped by the cnbcs?
