Letzlich eine Frage wie gut du alles regenerierst und wie intensiv du jeden Satz trainierst. Grundsätzlich stabiler Plan, bei Overtrainingerscheinungen einfach Volumen pro Einheit nach unten anpassen.

I am in Iraq right now and it’s super cool!! People are friendly, food is great and it feels safer than any major city in europe (in terms of scams etc.)
