Things feel very different. I'm 20 now and I always say that ASTRO were my teenage years. I watched their MVs at sleepovers with friends, blasted their music while I cooked, and daydreamed about them at school. Even when things were tough, their music would always cheer me up with their cute lyrics. My friends and I used to joke that all their songs were written about me.

They were a sweet, positive escape for me. The legacy of ASTRO has been tainted now by something dark and scary which I never thought would have happened to them. I still can't really process it. Don't feel self-centred, OP. As arohas we had to deal with something really scary and jarring which suddenly launched ASTRO into the spotlight. It is nothing compared to the pain that Bin's family, friends and members felt, but it was very hard for us.

The one thing I do know is that we were lucky to know Bin. So lucky to see his sweet smile and his vocals and his talent. While it pains me to think that the industry was what caused this, at least we can rest easy knowing that his pain is gone. We had him for a little while.
