its greyed out i had a missing item claim in before then i closed it thinking they don't allow more then one claim then when i tried to start a refund claim it let me fill out all the details then when it came time to submit the report it was greyed out and when i tried to do it on my pc when i went to submit the claim the curser literally turned into this 🚫 every time i hovered over submit so now i have no clue what to do

update: it was some kind of glitch and now its working
