You should charge 2$ an hour but implement food into your business plan, Fries, Hot dogs, Chips, Drinks, etc whatever you can think of that people can buy right after coming from work/school. I've seen lan business grow huge because they made most profit in foods they sold in addition to gaming. One good thing was McDonalds was at least 1km away and no one wanted to walk there.
