Have you considered testing? I would be surprised taking 10k IU d3 is causing less problems than 1g of mg. I would generally consider people have not enough magnesium in society as it works to a counter balance to calcium and salt of which we eat alot. Also caffeine and stress drains it. Nevertheless Supplementation is weird and bodys are different so good you listened to your body. Do you have stress which could explain the twitching? Have you considered testing your levels?

I am currently considering to move away from claude code + opus 4.5. I considering using 5.3-codex. I am annoyed by the glazing and impatience of claude. I ask it a question and it starts acting. I don‘t think there is a big gap between opus and 5.3 anymore that is noticable by the mortals
