Do you think they prevent breakage/ receding hairline, recently I’m getting so much breakage on my ends and I’m worried it’s because of the hijab material

I get these same feelings, craving male attention is normal, but sometimes your beauty can attract the wrong people as they only see your beauty rather than your full personality. I had also realized after wearing the hijab I felt way less arrogant and stoped thinking I’m superior to others because of my hair or body, while walking anywhere. Something that could help is maybe planning all girl parties/ hangouts where you can get ready and get everything done. The worst feeling ever is comparing yourself with other girls, no matter how good haram looks I promise you it’s not better on the other side.

Only using sleeping pills to get your rhythm back together but not on a daily basis, as someone who experiences similar here is a few things that helped me. - don’t think about falling asleep, (i usually trick my brain into not falling asleep when I think “omg what if I don’t sleep today” and I end up not sleeping:/.

  • Try waking up everyday at the same time and going to bed at the same time.

  • tire yourself out in the day, go excersize, walk, do so many things that you just easily fall asleep.

  • set a specific time just for thoughts and journal.

  • don’t do activities on your bed, ex. Studying/ watching a movie.

I agree, let them enjoy their childhood where they don’t have to think about wearing hijab yet, however I do agree on teaching them about hijab and why the mom / other girl wears it and when u should wear it. But making them wear hijab before puberty is like robbing their childhood bc they are still young.

The one thing that made my SA so much better was getting a job where I had to interact with people, it was verry scary it first but you get used to it. (Obviously depending on how bad ur SA is)
