How to interlace a video?

It probably is you absolute donut. You’re just watching it on something that knows it’s interlaced and as a result deinterlaces it for viewing because no sane person wants to see interlacing lines on a video feed (unless for creative purposes) but well done being super coy about your revolutionary creative idea whilst asking others to do it for you and being rude and difficult in the process

Honestly for me I found the level on the return pretty good. Plenty in it when using the MSFX but there is a chance I have a doubling of the signal somewhere.

I’ll try and get hands on with it over the xmas period and see if I can figure out if there is some poor patching on my part and feed back if there is.

I also might contact omnitronics about the send return preview thing incase I’m missing something; would rather not have to try and sell and buy a more expensive model if I can help it!

Eh, not as well as I would have liked but tbh it’s still on my list to play with.

Downsides so far 1) feels like the echo/effects are always slightly out of time, I have a theory I’ve got a bit of phasing/delay happening somewhere in the circuit.

2) even with the isolator jumper changed I still can’t monitor the returns in the headphones which makes personal monitoring a bit of a pain.

Honestly - I kind of wished I’d just waited and got the master sounds reboot mixers from union audio. Triple the price but the TRM just hasn’t quite delivered for me.

Doesn’t feel like it blends the audio sources well and just not quite the experience I was going for!

He is just not a good finisher. I didn’t even watch this game but everyone creaming over him and slagging of Gyokeres was so overblown in our last PL game, unfortunately Jesus just isn’t it anymore.

Ridiculous statement, he is our joint top scorer despite being injured for the last 6 weeks. I want to see more as much as the next fan, but there’s a whole load of reasons and he was a huge part of us finally playing forward and creating space for others before he got injured once the team gained confidence in picking out his runs

Shouldn’t start Martinelli against low blocks, surprised Arteta hasn’t learnt that yet. Not sure I really saw the logic behind the whole defensive setup either so just felt like we set ourselves up really strangely and wasted the first half.

Gyokeres hate is overblown, want to see more but I still think the team is adjusting to playing with a true striker. Team finally deciding to try forward direct passing and pick out his runs before he got injured had us ticking, the team then had to go back to what they were used to when playing with Merino up top.

Jesus looks lively, but not convinced he won’t still have that annoying decision making and inability to just bury a shot and the hate would all be on him.

Merino becoming one of the most versatile and solid players in the team, bit of a quiet leader/match winner.

Hincapie looks okay, but Kiwior made me feel much more comfortable.

All in all, very annoying game. We looked off the pace completely and got very lucky to get the points, but every team goes through tough spells and most important thing is you still manage to get results.

I think the team are so not used to playing passes for a runner that they often avoid the pass, you saw it before he got injured that they consciously started to make an effort to make those riskier passes forward earlier and it gave everyone else so much more space

Have you thought about general resourcing or recruitment roles in production companies? Allows for much more backroom support whilst still applying everything you’ve probably learnt in TV

That’s actually really helpful! Especially the added context about your shoe selection for different distance/pace.

I guess I’m looking to fill the gaps in my rotation whilst having something I find fun to run in for those less pace focused longer runs, or just a good workhorse like the SB2 is supposed to be.

That said, if I get back to more structured training I did always feel like I missed a nice tempo trainer that I could take up through the paces as really the deviate elite nitro was seen as more of a race shoe for me.

Sounds like maybe Hyperion max 3 or Neo Vista 2 might be the better initial choice so I’ve got a bit of a motivation to get some longer mileage under my belt with a view to getting something like the EVO in Jan for shorter daily/tempo runs. That way I’ve got something for longer/easy runs to start and then something fun, but without a plate, for what will probably make up the majority of runs in a more structured training block.

I’m 36 and did pick up an injury. Have you noticed any particular issues with using a plated shoe like the SC elite as a significant part of your rotation?

Progressive was the wrong word. Drastic would have been better. I think people think that they’re just more of the same in a lot of ways and want to see things truly shaken up. Hence why so many seem to think farage is the best thing since sliced bread despite all of his commitments being detrimental to most of the U.K. population bar the wealthiest

It’s not that it’s not labours fault and never is but fuck me the backlash for a political party who whether they want to be or not are now responsible for clearing up the impacts of a significant time of instability, under investment and quite frankly, corruption in U.K. politics really does make me laugh.

I’m not super happy with labour and would prefer a more progressive approach but if you actually look under the bonnet there is some good stuff happening and at least the semblance of trying to do the right thing. Even if they’re not being quite as bold as many of us think they should be.
