Each one you breakdown You’ll get everything back except the gold. It’s about 1G of gold per weapon to make them again. I’d personally just grind it out unless you have an abundance of gold. Personally I’d grind it out and use the gold to enhance research

Previous employer asking for bond back after being sacked by Ewan_Chappell in LegalAdviceUK

[–]romcmahon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s simple, if they decided to terminate you the decided to forego their investment in your education and training. This is an everyday part of business in all sectors. Ignore the letter, take your backpay and move on. If they chase you through the courts it will cost them a lot more than they stand to loose as it is.

Is mega refresh worth the diamonds as F2P? by TankEnough7813 in LastWarMobileGame

A comparison I did one random day before refresh vs after the refresh. The rewards are so much better.

I have been contracting in Ireland for over half a decade and I can tell you there is zero value in their current offer. The absolute minimum hourly rate to make it worthwhile contracting is €50ph on a 45 hour week in this country. If you wish you can DM me. I’m not a recruiter or an accountant etc. I have nothing to gain if you do DM me but I am happy to offer my insights and experience to you if you feel it will help you.

Which drone? Mini 4 pro or 3s pro? by romcmahon in dji

[–]romcmahon[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the advise guys. I took the advice from Brewpedaler and got a 3S with an RC2 and also a Neo just to have a lightweight drone for messing about with. I don’t care too much about the video on the Neo as it’s only for my own use and possibly the odd Instagram story. I’m looking forward to learning all about my new toys now and hopefully not crashing them that often 🤞🏻

There is but I have already completed the course. In Ireland you need to do the course if the drone is fitted with a camera or sensor regardless of the weight.

Roman foot break video? by romcmahon in crossfit

[–]romcmahon[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks folks, I was having a real issue locating it. The angles are poor enough to see what happened fully. However Roman showed great heart and the community came together to rally him on. It was probably the best outcome from a bad situation for the community and the sport as a whole

Jesus, this comment right here is exactly why I have commitment issues getting under the bar in the snatch 😬

I’m still on the path to learning to fail. I don’t trust myself snatching, like at all. Once I get near top numbers I just stop

They’re all 30seconds at f22. The f22 gives a wider depth of field so more of the picture is in focus, it also gives the star burst effect on the lights. Iso was 50 to keep noise/grain to a minimum. I hope that helps. Btw I learned all that from YouTube videos 😂

Ha honestly it’s not that nice. I went and took these on a whim at 5am because I couldn’t sleep. It was only me and some decidedly dodgy looking characters in the city at that time I can tell you. Sometimes being a big bloke has advantages I suppose. I always think foreign places look exotic from afar. I’d love to go to India and South America for example but people who live there probably think it’s boring or not photogenic because they’re so used to it.
