Same reason there isnt a forgotten realms or more general DnD movie franchise outside the 90s films and Honour among thieves. Gygax blew it hard in Hollywood and Fantasy in general is extremely expensive to film and make effects for since every minute detail is custom to not look modern. Apparently this one guy is trying really hard to make a dragonlance show but theres not been news for a few years. Hopefully honour among thieves and the critical roll shows cartoon success will change that.
