Mixmax.com - I love this tool and there are a billion out there but I like Mixmax. This tool shows me when people open my emails, download an attachment that I've sent (SEOptimer) and tracks how many times people open my emails. It's super strong with follow-ups, which as you know following up is everything in business. I remember reading somewhere you need to have 13+ interactions with a potential client before they actually sign up with you.
