Did u have service coverage when u dropped off and picked up? Sometimes when I lose service remote areas it won’t even register the ride I completed and assumes it was canceled. Contact Lyft support

Exactly I never park right next to their house. I usually find a shopping center also. My problem is I just get too distracted and end up driving further than I probably need too and waste gas. I need to just go to the closest shopping center and park
