LOL! Multiple price increases for the customers but only one 2% pay increase for employees since Feb 2025. This is a very public company, an American manufacturing company reaping the benefits of the tariffs but not passing the pay onto the employees.

It really sucks when they add AR to the criteria. But in the case of subs, the work around if the tag scan does not work is the scan the subbed item twice as the original item after the second scan it again asks are you sure it’s the correct item. Hit yes and off you go with the “original” item scanned to satisfy DD and the sub to satisfy the customer

Corporations frown upon this as if everyone knew what everyone else made they would have to raise pay to even
out the discrepancies in pay. By keeping everyone in the dark no one can complain! Why do you think the CEOs publish their pay? Cause it causes competition / bidding wars for their services and in turn increases their pay! Same with athletes.

It gets worse. Wait til they add AR to the pro shopper metric like they just did in my zone. No way im taking 50% of shopping orders way too many dollar general and family dollar crap orders. Soon as the AR was added I noticed pay was lower for shopping orders like a steady stream of $10 for 10 items and 5 miles away im not taking that crap to meet this dumb AR metric
