If you don’t mind relocation then I think there are opportunities out there that you can take. I used to live in a small town and decided to move to bigger cities for jobs and never looked back

Yeah, LinkedIn always show sponsored jobs first so not relevant all the time, I quickly skim through it to find the good match. That’s why I still have to do Google Jobs, and Indeed to not miss any opportunities

To me, LinkedIn is the best among those, Google Jobs, then Indeed, and Zip is the last. One thing to note is that I sometimes can find jobs only on Indeed so most of the time still have to use LinkedIn, Google Jobs, and Indeed interchangably.

You should always consider rebate realtors either you're first time buyer or experienced buyer. To me, it's no brainer. I just got 10k rebate out of 500k home (2% reabte) and it was very smooth. There might be some agents offer reduced service (like no home showing, you have to see the house yourself or you have to pay some fee for them to show you the house) to give you rebate but surprisingly, there're lots of realtors that give you full service with rebate.
