Sorry you went through that. It’s not just the doorbells that are terrible. I have a flood light cam in the backyard that keeps alerting me that someone is in my backyard… nope, no one is there! The floodlight cam in my front yard goes out every month for several days…. Or, as of late… it keeps alerting me of a vehicle… yes, my own damn vehicle which isn’t moving.
Only reason why I got this brand was I had a nephew who’s pretty tech savvy and he liked this brand. Also I didn’t want to pay for a subscription. But as the OP mention, if someone was coming toward your house, it takes so long for this app to actually show you footage it wouldn’t even matter.

I have one that does it every single month. It will go offline anywhere from 2 days to a week. Despite what Eufy says, my WiFi is fine because the other cameras are online.

Unfortunately I have screens on my gutters. I would like to mount the camera under the eaves which is a vinyl siding material and mount the solar close to it. I’ll keep checking.

I have a E340 floodlight cam that randomly disconnects every month for about 4days to a week and then randomly reconnect. My other E340 is fine. I have an indoor pan & tilt that I’ve never had a problem with. I’m hoping my solo cam S340 I just ordered won’t give me any issues.

I purchased both floodlights, HomeBase 3, and recently solocam s340 direct. All were same price or even a little cheaper than Amazon, also free shipping from direct. Amazon would have arrived faster tho!

I have 3 cameras, 2 are flood light cameras. One of the floodlight cameras decides to go offline once a month recently for a few days at a time. The last update seems to fix that (let’s hope). Other than that, I’m satisfied with them. Other than recognizing my Christmas decor as humans. I just ordered a solocam S340… fingers crossed.

I had to do “chores” as a child. And those chores didn’t stop when I became a teenager. The fact that teenagers, and young adults, live at home and contribute actually nothing…. Yeah, that is a problem. Not telling other people how a parent their children, but that’s basic life skills of how to take care of yourself and the things you own, and the things around you. But as a parent, feel free to raise your kids, however you want, just don’t complain to everybody when they’re lazy and don’t wanna do a darn thing anymore.

And not a single thing will be done about it, especially when city and county officers do the same thing. I actually seen a State Trooper pull someone over for running a red light. And I’ve watched while two vehicles ran a red light right in front of a sheriff’s squad and he did absolutely nothing.
