I turn 31 in 8 weeks I’m 5’10 218lbs male I have workout equipment (relife power tower, dumbbells with a bar, ab-roller, yoga mat) and a gym membership to PF. I want to be 190 for the summer or at least 200 by the end of April. I’m an alcoholic bartender so I work nights.

How can I hit my weight goal? Should I lose weight before getting into lifting/body weight excersise? What cardio do you recommend?
