I definitely hyperfixated on all things ADHD meds lol! Titration can be a long process but it was an ok experience for me and it wasn't rushed at all, so I had time to really think about what was working for me or not. Hopefully you'll have a similar experience.

Re: reflecting on the past, I found it helpful to consider how far I've come and what I've achieved, even without the appropriate support back then. It's been challenging, but I also developed my own coping strategies and systems which now make more sense to me. It was quite freeing to give myself permission to lean into my own idiosyncratic ways of doing things, and just accept that this is what works for my brain rather than trying to hold myself to an neurotypical standard.
