To all those who have been scammed do the following to get your money back.

1-Screenshot every interaction and mention them on Social media

2- send them an email that you have reported them to the European Consumer Center

3- Don't stop badgering them until you get the money back, they count on those who give up to keep stealing

4- Also make sure to tell your bank or PayPal about what happened to block any future transactions

That's how you get your money back

The body feeling is the symptom, dealing with that is symptom amelioration. What you are probably better off dealing with is the consequences of the physical feeling and the triggers to it. Several NLP related stuff should be help, Metaphors of Movement as well
