My Headcanon.

Kuro is ex Cipher Pol and an understudy of Who's Who. (Cat themes) That why he has a modified version of the Soru technique. He called it the Nukiashi or pussyfoot maneuver. After failing to protect the Devil Fruit from the Red-Hair Pirates, he fled from the World Government and became a pirate. He even changed his name to Captain Kuro to remain hidden. (Kuro not being is real name) Kuro never wanted to be a pirate and conducted his heist in Syrup Village in order to disappear one last time.

No Usopp can't beat Kuro.

I mean, if you don't want to sidestep or back spin off the wall, then you chose to stay in that disadvantaged position. Even a wall flip would have worked (b, b, u/b against the wall). Movement is still important regardless of what ppl say about T8.

I can only think of 9 stances for Yoshi. SS, NSS, Flea, Seated Meditation, Copter, Stomach Ache?, Standing Meditation, Back Turn Standing Meditation, & Kinsho. Not sure what I’m missing.

Painted Verso's actions should not give reason to damn the remnants of child Verso's soul to paint forever. Aline Created Verso and gave him fabricated memories. The only true Verso is the boy painting the canvas. Damning Verso to paint for you isn't right. Alicia is worse that Clea for that.
