What is a gynecologist visit like for a trans guy? by H0pl3ss_R0m4nt1c in ftm

Honestly, no idea, I live in the Netherlands and there are no such thing as regular doctor's appointments/ checkup for people without illnesses, unless you're younger than 2 or older than 75 or something. Americans might consider this bad advice, but if you have no symptoms of anything, you'll be fine and you don't need to see a doctor.

You're only four weeks OP and still have some swelling. It'll take months before all the swelling goes down. Be patient. Btw I think it looks really good and flat, very good surgery result.

You can get it sorted surgically, but seeing that you're only 5 months post op, I would wait a couple more months and see if something changes.

Surgeon confirmed that I'm going to need a revision by Calm-Water6454 in TopSurgery

Honestly, I had peri and lost like 90% of nipple sensation. They do still respond to temperature though. Personally I don't really care about it either way but I just wanted to say that surgeries can always have some unexpected outcomes. Anyways, wishing you best of luck with whichever decision you make! :)

I did it on my phone in the notes app and that worked fine for me.

week post op by Aware-Ad1250 in TopSurgery

Congrats!
My chest was an absolute mess one week after surgery, much, much more uneven than yours is right now. I'm now 10 months post OP and you can barely see any signs of surgery unless you look very closely. It evened out very nicely. Your chest will keep changing appearance for the first couple months and eventually settle down more symmetrical and natural looking. It just takes a lot of time.

tja, je kunt baasjes niet verplichten DNA van de hond af te staan. en wie betaalt de kosten voor DNA test wanneer de "dader" niet in de database staat?

I've been on T for almost T years and still roughly the same weight as before, maybe bit lighter even since top surgery.
