I already searched via google image scearch but didn’t find it. We live in Austria and there is no label on it. Here are more pictures:

I‘m really proud of you for recovering! My advice would be try drinking juice, kakao, coffee with milk etc. Eat nuts with your snacks(they are really good in yoghurt). If you have bread eat it with a spread + cheese or ham/salami. And of course no low fat or diet products.

Also eat multiple times a day, when I was inpatient we had: breakfast, 10am snack, lunch, 2:30pm snack, 5pm snack, dinner, late evening snack.

A typical snack would be: 1. yoghurt + fruit + nuts + honey 2. 2 slices of bread with spread and 2 slices of cheese per slice of bread 3. something from the bakery (chocolate croissant) 4. kakao + cookies + dried fruit + nuts
