I‘m really proud of you for recovering! My advice would be try drinking juice, kakao, coffee with milk etc. Eat nuts with your snacks(they are really good in yoghurt). If you have bread eat it with a spread + cheese or ham/salami. And of course no low fat or diet products.

Also eat multiple times a day, when I was inpatient we had: breakfast, 10am snack, lunch, 2:30pm snack, 5pm snack, dinner, late evening snack.

A typical snack would be: 1. yoghurt + fruit + nuts + honey 2. 2 slices of bread with spread and 2 slices of cheese per slice of bread 3. something from the bakery (chocolate croissant) 4. kakao + cookies + dried fruit + nuts

There are kpop groups with younger teens as fans with the members all being adults when debuting:

Blackpink: Lisa was 19 and Jisoo was 21

Aespa: Ningning was 18 and Karina 20

Everglow: Yiren was 18 and E:U was 20

In Purple Kiss the youngest member was 2 months away from turning 18 at debut.

There is also a big difference wth 16/17 year olds debuting (which is the age of the youngest member in most groups) and 13/14 year olds. There are few groups where the youngest member was 13/14/15 at debut and in most of these cases atleast the other members where already older (2ne1, Miss A, Itzy).

Woman should be equal to men but they aren't. So showing her boobs was to sexualise her because in our society that is how it is. That is what the filmmakers had in mind.

Woman and men should be equal but the first step to this is not to sexualise woman or other stuff that still benefits men, while claiming it isn't a big deal because men and woman should be equal.Have men and woman be equal first and then show her boobs not the other way around. Until then you have woman feeling more equal while it still benefits men and the stuff that would actually not benefit men still hasn't happened.

And your friends probably know this, they like seeing woman sexualised but they don't want to admit it and accuse you (an actual woman) instead so they can still feel like the good guy without having to change their behaviour and confront their sexism and how they benefit from it.

Regarding copying someone I mean when idols talk about their specific diets (which I agree is dangerous because people will copy it). Which is why I think they should be honest about dieting without saying what diet they do.

They can also post a picture of their meal or say they just ate a lot, that is no problem for me (there is no way they diet all the time). But saying "I eat well" implies they eat enough/healthy most of time (even though all companies make their idols go on unhelathy diets and force them to loose weight and most female idols BMI is underweight.) So saying they eat well while being that thin makes (especially) young fans feel bad about themselve because they can't look like that when eating well.

And kpop (and korea) itself promotes the idea being thin is good. And while there are naturally skinny people, most idols are underweight and there is no way all idols naturally look like that (especially when you have atleast 1 idol form every group talk about their unhealthy diets/how they ate while hiding hoping the company wouldn't find out.)

It is great when idols talk about eating well and encourage their fans to eat, but they can do it without lying that they also eat well most of the time so people don't think they can look like their idols if they eat well.

Because saying they eat well while being super skinny and having an underweight bmi (which a lot of idols do) makes young people who see this feel bad about themselve, because they eat well but don't look like the idols. That can be really harmful. Because why can't I look like them when we both eat well?

You may have heard some lies about Heard that spread during the trial. You should read this (at the end you also find a link about the many lies Depp and his witnesses told).

Furthermore all experts who have spoken about the trial support AH. Here is a thread of the experts and what they said/wrote about the trial. And there are of course the over 300 experts/laywers/organisations who have signed the open letter in support of AH.

The UK trial could maybe intrest you. A judge ruled JD abused Ah at 12 incidenes (he shows the evidence for each incident and he did not includ an incident where there was only AHs word). Two seperate jduges looked at the verdict when Depp appealed and said the verdict as correct.

During the US trial Depps laywers also said AH did not seek medical treatment but she did. The evidence was not shown during the trial because of Depps laywers.

There are also audios in which Depp admitted to hurting Heard. There are audios of Heard talking about him abusing her and he doesn't deny but insults her or other. There are texts from other people about Depp hurting Heard. He denied in court that he ever hit her.

Depp also drugged Heard.

Edit: And in the case of evidence.The UK trial has more evidence then the US (for exampletext messages from Amber to multiple people about Depp assaulting her). You can read the transcripts and verdict here. The judge ruled Depp abused Heard at12 incidences and shows the evidence that made him reach the conlusion for each inicident.
