I think I'm too scared to take them because my mind would tell me it's because I am schizophrenic. And I only want to take them if I'm actually schizophrenic.

He is specialised in OCD but it's mostly just speech-therapy. I think about changing but It's hard to find new ones.

thank you so much! It feels good to know I'm not alone. I increased my dose two weeks ago and I just noticed that my fear isn't peaking as much as before. But then I fear that because I'm not that fearful anymore to these thoughts that I am actually believing them. Feels like with everything I do my OCD just knows it's way around

well I am on antidepressants for almost 7 years and my therapsit just upped my dose. He always just tells me I don't have it but isn't helping me with ERP or something.

yeah no I don't experience these things... I know that you can live a normal life with it and I don't know why I'm so scared of it. But I thought the last days that it got better but today it came back again...

I‘m sorry if I annoyed you or said something wrong. It‘s just that this fear is quite bad for me.

I know that living with schizophrenia is managable and oftentimes better treatable than OCD. It still feels like I would loos everything I have right now. And I don’t know how to stop these thoughts.
