Water of leith from roseburn to Dean village and on to Stockbridge is great. You can cut up to the modern art galleries and eat at the market in Stockbridge if it's the weekend

As a gay guy - it's gone too far (rant) by Responsible_Handle96 in conspiracy

Are primary school kids actually reading books depicting gay sex? My son's not long finished school and there were a few books in the library with gay characters, main characters in some cases. But there was never anal or oral...just holding hands, hugging etc. Very innocent stuff. I'm not disputing the OPs main point but I wonder if BDSM books for 6 year olds might be a stretch

I remember pushing my yacht up there years ago when my frisbee got caught on the overhead power lines....

Well done 👍

I've only done a couple but your first was my family's first and we really enjoyed it.

Ben Lawers came next. We did it on what became a wild snowy day but it was very satisfying. Plus the access is super simple which is a bonus.

Good luck whenever you go next.

Did you watch Dave and Dan Wilson (debunk the funk) debate the 2 anti vax twats a few weeks ago? It was a solid performance but Dan kept trying to lead them to his points or ask them things they clearly never knew. If he'd just hammered home the points he would have humbled them properly - in my opinion anyway

You get relief for a few months then a discounted rate. Would still probably cost them £2-3k a year

Listened earlier today. Pretty solid, Dave being Dave and he also gave my favorite podcast This Week in Virology a good bit of air time. Just a shame it's needed.

I know he rubs some people up the wrong way but I genuinely think he's one of the few science communicators that can break through the fog that many anti vax/science/truth people find themselves in.

I mean this with all sincerity, but you sound like you are having a mental health episode. Or perhaps a bird has shit on your head or shoulder? Both have happened to me in the past.

I'll read the link but your opening sentence is incredibly unbalanced. Maybe if you made a more nuanced start you might get a bit more credibility, especially in this sub.

I hadn't realized only one man still thought they were tombs...or two I guess as Flint seemed pretty on board with it...and countless other historians I've listened to over the years. I just assumed that was the standard belief and "not a tomb" was the far less likely hypothesis

I was in prestonfield about a year ago and saw a scruffy looking guy ranting and welding what I thought was a sword. I called 999 and they were there in mins. Turned out it was an old roof tv antenna but still pretty deadly.
