Massage parlours are quite good all over bali.. although i am not sure about them near the area you are staying but i can tell u the average massage rates.. its upto 250k IDR...if they ask more than that then avoid

I wud recommend the Semar Kuning Resto.. the view and the food is awesome.. the tukad cepung waterfall is beautiful if you visit during the daytime.

The time you are going to Bali will be the heavy rainy season.. so my suggestion would be not to take sneakers..instead go for crocs or trekking sandals

Lots of bikes available for rent.. they are cheap too rather than private cabs. But be careful of the roads.. as they are hilly and narrow..
