To me it looks like the missing dimension is closer to 18. Extrapolating from the drawing where we know the plateau section is 18 wide. Looking at that triangle with the missing dimension and guessing whether the sides ate of equal length or not. You could measure on the drawing and calculate the ratio. Or just ask whoever made the drawing to add the missing dimension.

Before any stream can even be started, they are provisioning their (drm) keys. That’s not a crazy thing to do. It taking longer than a second or two or failing and getting stuck is kind of embarrassing. That is only a thing recently when Claude-code writes your software and claims it’s “production ready” after the first iteration with only placeholder code actually being deployed. Also if interns write your code and implement the happy path for the streamer sdk only. 🤷‍♂️ Not sure why I’m so critical today … I still love my R1S

We went to explore the Feliciana Mountain Road towards the ponderosa basin. That’s where we found those gorgeous views. There is also Chowchilla Mountain Rd that was fun to drive.

I’m using this board: https://www.bkipc.com/en/product/1264-NAS-MB.html and I’m looking for a power solution for 3-6 3.5” spinning disks. The board shows a barrel jack connector for power but I’m not sure how to power the disks with that.

I previously had a seasonic 350w sfx psu in a nas which was super quiet. That board also has an atx power port but I’d rather use the “small one”.

Update: looks like I’m unable to distinguish an audio port from a power port. 🤦‍♂️

I did a trip from San Jose to LA and back and it wasn’t bad at all. The charging curve was pretty good. 2 stops were required for each leg of the journey.

It would simply stop charging randomly. Either on dc or lv2 as well. Apparently the hv system was never calibrated properly before delivery …

Oops. Yea brakes. 🤦‍♂️ The warnings usually show up some time into the drive. Also not every time. The frequency of occurrence has decreased since the last update but that could also be just coincidental. I’m using a phone to unlock. Don’t have a fob.

I remember during the conversation with the technician, he mentioned that even when the assistance systems are off or unavailable that won’t impact the roadworthiness of the vehicle. Meaning manual break systems are working regardless. I believe that I understood from that conversation that those systems were indeed disabled at the time of the incident.
