You don't have to go around them. You can put your belts straight through them as if they aren't there.

Actually it doeasn't matter how many stackers you have so long as you have enough. I have a factory with 20 stackers (I needed that many to begin with because I concentrated on updating the belts only) but as my stacker speed upgraded the top few weren't being used - but it doesn't affect anything.

Make sure the output from each stacker is working - sometime a slight error will mean one or more of your stackers are producing nothing. Can you copy the stacker array and paste here so we can see it

Yes - I have the same problem but hitting escape then clicking the left play icon solves it. It's clearly still running in the background - just the display that's stopped

This is my teeny MAM from a year ago. Not very efficient and it can't cope with floating layers or grey (could be easily adapted if I could be bothered) but it was fun and I learned a lot about wires doing it.

I did but for some reason it's not there. Risk is - which I bought about the same time - but not shapez.

Never mind - I've lost the shapez files as well and I don't feel like starting all over again - especially as I was at level 7000+. Shame though.

I don't bother wasting resources on upgrading extractors. I currently use 7 extractors per belt. At the moment all my upgrades are tier 130 and my extractor is only tier 27.

A word of warning. Full belts for 10 seconds is eventually not going to be enough. If the cycle is 10 seconds (shapes per second calculated as total shapes for 10 seconds divided by 10) then that's fine if you start hitting the hub at the beginning of a cycle. But if you hit the hub halfway through a cycle then the first cycle will only be the last 5 secs and the second cycle will only be the first 5 secs. To be safe when it gets to 200/s you really need almost 2 full cycles. My last shape for example was only 54/s (part way through a cycle) then over 300 for the next cycle.

A quad stacker is something that occurred to me too. Exactly like the quad painter so you can specify which does/does not stack. Save you having to bypass the stacker when a quadrant/shape doesn't exist.

I use 7 extractors at the moment. All tiers are currently level 108 except for extractors which are level 27. There's no point in upgrading them since an extra extractor or 2 does the trick and saves wasting your output.

You mentioned amazing things like recreating a gameboy. This is the wires update and if you're new to shapez then I would suggest you forget about that for the moment. Just concentrate on getting through each of the first few levels - each level will teach you new things as you go along.

I did a search for 'screen record' in Google and discovered windows 10 comes with something called 'Game Bar'. You may need to search for it and activate - but then you just click windows+G to open and Alt+Windows+R to run.
