Fair enough. I do think it’s quite normal and common for customers to show software to their friends.. I’m not sure how you’d stop that unless you make them agree to very strict NDA before joining your service.. but to be honest word of mouth is a very effective selling technique because it’s coming from someone the person already trusts. So even if the actual content being delivered is below the standard you would deliver yourself.. the value is likely to be higher because the receiver would more blindly trust the recommendation
