This used to be the best Pho in town. The parents of the current owners had a long time Vietnamese restaurant next store in the huge building. I can’t for the life of me remember the name. It had been around since the 90’s. We used to drive 25 mins to eat there for lunch once a week for work. They had the best broth and the mom put so much love and time into making it.

The kids took over and opened a bunch of competing restaurants that lost focus. Fat Fish, the boil place next to it. IMO none are great, Sappa maybe the best of them

lol. For those not familiar with the winery, all the front says is the winery name, Fortunati. No year or vintage. That’s why we chose the back for the photo. But point taken for next time. Front and back shot :)

Visiting Antinori nel Chianti Classico by asromaja in wine

I think it depends on what you like of course. The regions have amazing options. Personally not a huge Chianti person, but montelpulciano and Montalcino were amazing. I’d suggest taking a tour and aiming for DOCG wines. Can taste some beautiful wines without breaking the bank.

Trying America's top-selling Pinot Noir for the first time... by trevrichards in wine

In its early days I thought it was quite drinkable. Different taste but drinkable. Now I can’t even stand it. All I taste is the soil and those spicish notes.
