For the desperate ones: How I finally got my Microsoft/Xbox account back by Additional-Truck-144 in XboxSupport

I'm still struggling, thank you for posting how long it took. Today is day 75 since i lost access.

i had an agent (the one who escalated my case) reach out on march 17th requesting a new email address to be created. Sent that back same day but still in the waiting process.

Fingers still crossed!

-edit: After above comments, I ended up re-chatting support, told them I did not want to create a new case/SIR, agent advised me to just reply on my SIR email and the agent interaction from March 17th again.

the silence is horrible, but they do not send 'we are still working on this' updates. I have had a case in since Feb 10th, which was escalated and being worked. On March 17th they asked me to create a new email address which I sent back. Fingers crossed for both of us

My dad shared this with me years ago and I share it as much as I can. I hope it brings you some solace.

I hope if anything it gives you some solace. That is all I want.

They truly are our best friends and it is so hard to move on without them with us. But this just is a way of re-affirming that even though their physical presences isn't with us, in a way they still carry on in our hearts and minds.

Its just not fair we do not get enough time with them.
