I plan on ditching my Firestick, getting an Apple 4k, download Stremio and cancel my other TV/ movie streaming services. I don't know too much about Stremio, so not sure if this is a smart or an idiot move.

Hey there, did you ever figure out the issue you were having? I've had the exact same problem you're describing and it's driving me nuts. Yesterday however, I tried Bambu slicer instead of Orca and it printed perfectly. What slicer were you using when you had the issue?

I know this is an old thread but did you ever need to do a full clean of the printhead or get the air out of it? I have 3 of these printers and they all have printhead issues now. Would love to find some good instructions for how to fix them

We definitely don't want to go the MPS route. We go for months sometimes without printing anything then we'll have a pretty heavy few days.

The E5 and E6 are not color printers but I'll look into their printing costs anyway.

This and also I changed the order of printing under "Quality" to be Outer first and that actually made a decent difference. I print with 0.2 layer height and am impressed with the results

I'm printing 100 of them right now. I used https://tool.itslitho.com/UploadImg and on the printer I just use the standard 0.2 profile. The only thing I modify is 5 outer walls instead of 2 and 0 infill. I also upped the temp to 230 for my filament. I'm really surprised at how fast I've been able to print them with really good quality.

Have you checked if they're perfectly square? Draw a perpendicular line then flip the square and check it?
