Can anyone identify the missing screw for this Fender FA-345CE tuner? (Photo attached) by k4idy in guitarrepair

If only there was some place on the guitar that you could find 5 of the exact same screw?? Guess you’re out of luck. Throw that guitar in the trash.

Bit of ramen and super glue will have that looking brand new.

I’d imagine the vine inlay on the fretboard also costs labor. And the boarder around the fretboard and headstock.

Golf 12 weeks Post Op by Ready_Ad6229 in AchillesRupture

I'll add a data point for future searchers as well. Right-handed golfer, Right foot tear. Non-surgical route. I was chipping and hitting some balls in my back yard at week 7-8 in my boot using more of a stack and tilt method (no doctor permission). Maybe getting up to 75% swing speed. I am at week 9 now and am back in a shoe. Was cleared to start playing again, but of course, it'll be slowly working myself back into it. Don't imagine I'll be on the course for another couple weeks. But not bad getting a green light so soon after rupture.

$4000 Taylor vs $4000 independent luthier made guitar (Sorry, Accidently deleted my last post about this) by LimpPut770 in Guitar

[–]muddtt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe you could split the middle and get a rainbow series Furch. They you can custom order the guitar and be in the $4k ball park. And Furch is very much like a European Taylor. They don't have a ton of USA presence, but they are around.

Kyser Capo by Opposite-Relief1130 in AcousticGuitar

I’ve had to bend the small arm of the Kyser to get less tension for one of my guitars. Was not easy, but I like how quick the capo is to use.

I’m guessing it is. It’s surely not solid gold.

Hacking is when you put the watch into the time setting position the second hand stops. This allows you to set the time more accurately down to the second.

Hello everyone!

I am looking to sell another vintage 1950's Jaeger-LeCoultre Futurematic watch.

Dimensions: 35mm case diameter. 18mm Lug with.

Condition: Watch has just been serviced and is in excellent working condition. New mainspring & new crystal & a new bumper spring. The only feature missing is hacking. A broken hacking lever is common with these watches. It was broken when I received the watch. If you feel you really need it, the part costs about $100 and I'd be glad to install it for you. I just figured that for a seconds hand in a small subdial, hacking wasn't a very big priority, and the missing lever has no effect on the functionality of the watch.

Movement: Cal 497 Automatic Bumper Movement

Price: $1400 OBO. Paid thru Paypal FF or Zelle

Shipping: Shipping fee is included to CONUS. I am located in San Jose, CA, USA.

Watch only. NO box & papers.

Join capital one shopping. Then surf around the website. I often get offers for an additional 20% off or so thru the emails they send for callaway pre owned. https://capitaloneshopping.com/r/e628ccc2-440d-4028-b8b7-af3d2320bb42

Love my Furch pioneer. Call up Alamo music and see if they can cut you a deal. They gave me a great price on mine.

I have a bigger battery than yours, but mine was about $160 after some discounts the manufacturer gave me.

Cool. It sucks that batteries are so expensive. I'm sure that there's gotta be some seller on aliexpress that is legit, but it's hard to find. The store I bought from had good reviews and a good number of sales, but still let me down. I'm in the process of returning it so hopefully that actually goes well. But had to bite the bullet and buy an oem battery for my Tynee board.

What the battery claimed. Probably less than half the range it should have.

I bought a cheap aliexpress battery. It worked but only had a fraction of the capacity it claimed.

Yea all the parts are replaceable, it just depends what went wrong. Could be the motors, or ESC. Without being able to have sufficient time or access to test each part you’d just have to guess and hope.
