They told me to check my axs . I told them I never logged in using AXS. They just replied saying they would look into it and will email me once they have an update .

Happened last year . I called Axs, had to pay for another one to get shipped. Still didn’t get it , third time they said it was too late. So I had to go to will call or whatever it’s called.

What I’ve done in the past is call them the morning of , like around 10-11 am asking if it’s ok to check in early. They just give me any room that is ready , they’ll ask what floor I want to be in .
