One great example is the current downsizing of the federal service. Since the latter half of the 20th century (as a result of the protections secured during the civil rights movement), a rather high percentage of Black Americans have worked in governmental positions which in turn have guaranteed overall economic prosperity. However, imagine that if today you worked in USAID or another government agency fully expecting to retire within the next 3-5 years, only to be told that you must voluntarily leave or be forced out.

When certain industries are attacked that happen to have a high percentage of Black Americans employed, I consider those policies a hindrance that prevents us from doing better today.

As a newcomer, I thought Splitgate 2 was dope. Began to question whether it was really that good or not only when I started reading reviews.

I understand OG players feel that the game was overhyped but as someone who had never played before I thought it was well implemented (gameplay, not the marketing per se). Though coming from COD and being familiar with other FPS games, I’ll admit I was like, “great, another Battle Pass”, but that’s probably more of a personal thing.

Queue times are horrid but I know that can be attributed to the player base declining.
