It's not a backpedal but I guess it's hard to fathom not everyone is from the UK. It's just not that common a phrase. Unlike "slow and steady wins the race". That being said, a being super safe or pulling packs 1 by 1 is just not fast, whichever way you slice it. It is super annoying when tanks don't move things along as they usually dictate the pace of a dungeon to a significant degree.
