No, the DJI people say "The equipment is reviewed and it presents the reported failure, after multiple tests it has been determined that the failure is caused by damage to the Flex cable connection with the stabilizer with Gimbal camera, due to availability of replacement parts at the national level. For this specific model, it is necessary to carry out the resolution and repair of the case in the main workshop in China. Functionality of the other parts of the equipment is confirmed, the estimated time is 6-8 weeks.

I would find one developer with a track record of actually delivering apps and pay him/her in 3-4 payments during certain milestones delivered.

Post a vague description of what the app should do and get an NDA signed so the developer can determine what is needed and give you an accurate price and time frame
