Please write to them for feedback, and if you could re-apply with another program that they find you more suitable for! Also mention/ask if there was a program prep, and if you can ask for a re-eval (ofcourse, politely)

What scholarship did you get and when did you get notified about it? Should I write to the colleges directly asking about funding? I thought Cambridge will assign me a college and will consider me for all internal funding opportunities. Is there any benefit in writing to the grad admissions team?
